What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with clients and families to understand individual needs
- 2Design personalized care plans focusing on transfers cooking and light housekeeping
- 3Lead activities that promote client independence and well-being
- 4Ship services based on client preferences and availability
- 5Drive to client locations ensuring safe transportation of patients
- 6Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- 7Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes
- 8Drive community outreach initiatives to expand service reach
- 9Analyze client feedback to improve service quality
- 10Implement safety protocols during caregiving tasks
- 11Develop training materials for new hires
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of caregiving experience
- 3Valid Driver`s License with current car insurance
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5BCBA credential valued
- 6AWS Certified relevant experience
- 7Experience with medical equipment preferred
- 8Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 9Dependable work ethic with flexible scheduling flexibility
- 10Ability to lift 25 pounds for patient transfers
- 11Knowledge of HIPAA regulations required
