Home Health Executive Director, RN or PT
Overview
You will own branch operations for a Home Health agency in Nashville, including staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. You will lead a team of clinicians and coordinators, driving patient satisfaction and branch growth. This role reports to regional leadership and operates with significant autonomy. You will drive outcomes in a mission-driven environment focused on clinical excellence and compassionate care.
What You'll Do10
- 1Interview, hire, and onboard clinical and administrative staff, setting clear expectations from day one.
- 2Build staff capabilities through orientation, in-service education, and continuing education programs.
- 3Monitor employee progress toward goals, conducting annual evaluations and coaching for improvement.
- 4Ensure adequate supervision across all service hours, meeting with supervisors routinely and participating in regional meetings.
- 5Lead weekly patient intake meetings to prepare for new admissions and coordinate care plans.
- 6Review client satisfaction surveys to identify and resolve service gaps, improving patient experience.
- 7Implement incident management protocols and resolve issues promptly to maintain quality standards.
- 8Develop and execute branch growth strategies, including market analysis and referral development.
- 9Analyze financial statements, activity reports, and performance data to drive productivity and cost efficiency.
- 10Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations, internal billing, and collection processes to generate clean claims.
Requirements5
- 1Associate's degree or higher in nursing, therapy, or related field
- 2Active RN or PT license in the state of Tennessee
- 3Criminal background check cleared per Aveanna policy
- 4Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- 52-3 years of leadership, training, and management experience in home health
