Overview
As a Registered Nurse making home visits in Davidson County, you own patient care from assessment to follow-up. Each week, you complete 10 visits for a caseload that keeps you moving across Nashville and nearby Williamson County. You join a team of RNs backed by a 50-year home health leader, with flexible scheduling and one-to-one patient focus. What You'll Do6
- 1Follow a designated care plan for each patient's needs
- 2Perform home visits across Davidson and Williamson Counties, delivering medication administration, wound care, and treatment procedures
- 3Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
- 4Execute and document physician orders accurately on a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
- 5Conduct patient assessments and manage cases with coordination
- 6Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in the electronic medical record
Requirements8
- 1Current RN license in Tennessee
- 2One year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- 3Prior home care experience strongly preferred
- 4Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- 5Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- 6Strong interpersonal skills
- 7Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred
- 8Ability to travel to assigned cases
