Requirements6
- 15+ years experience as a Direct Support Professional or similar role
- 2Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential preferred
- 3High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- 5Valid New York State driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- 6Passion for supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
