Home Health Aide, Rowley MA - In-Home Care
Overview
Own daily client care for up to 8 seniors in the Rowley, MA area, providing personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping. HHA certification and CNA license preferred. You will work directly with a family-oriented team at Associated Home Care, an independent, non-franchise agency. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and paid training. You will make a real difference in clients' lives, with support from a dedicated mentor program.
What You'll Do7
- 1Assist clients with bathing, dressing, mobility, and incontinence care during daily visits.
- 2Prepare meals, run errands, and handle light housekeeping for assigned clients.
- 3Provide companionship and conversation to support emotional well-being.
- 4Give medication reminders as scheduled and document daily activities.
- 5Transport clients to appointments or outings using your reliable vehicle.
- 6Report any changes in client condition to the care team after each shift.
- 7Be flexible with shift times, including weekends, to cover client needs.
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED (required).
- 2Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
- 3HHA certificate, PCA certification, or CNA license (preferred).
- 4Open availability for weekdays and weekends (strongly preferred).
- 5Pass a criminal background check before employment.
- 6Previous experience as CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion (a plus).
- 7Show empathy, patience, and dependability in all client interactions.
