Associated Home Care seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized care for seniors in their homes across Massachusetts. You will own daily client care, from personal hygiene to medication reminders, while building meaningful relationships that preserve dignity and independence. What You'll Do5
- 1Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
- 2Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
- 3Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
- 4Provide medication reminders as needed.
- 5Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED (required).
- 2Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
- 3HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but not required. We provide training.
- 4Open availability strongly preferred.
- 5Must pass a criminal background check.
- 6Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.
- 7Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
