What You'll Do6
- 1Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- 2Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making
- 3Support ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices
- 4Provide medication assistance and oral feeding
- 5Check vital signs: temperature, pulse, and respiration
- 6Document care provided and report changes in client condition to clinical manager
Requirements6
- 1Hold a Home Health Aide Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant License
- 2Experience with range of motion exercises and mobility support
- 3Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring clients
- 4Reliable transportation to client homes in surrounding towns
- 5Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and dignity
- 6Pass background check and health screening as required by state regulations
