What You'll Do8
- 1Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring safety and comfort.
- 2Prepare meals and help with grocery shopping and errands to support daily nutrition.
- 3Perform light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe living space.
- 4Offer companionship and conversation to improve emotional well-being and reduce isolation.
- 5Provide medication reminders and document daily activities and any changes in client condition.
- 6Transport clients to appointments or social outings, using your reliable vehicle.
- 7Build trusting relationships by respecting client preferences and promoting independence.
- 8Report any health or safety concerns to the care coordinator promptly.
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED (required).
- 2Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
- 3HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but not required—training provided.
- 4Open availability on weekdays and weekends strongly preferred.
- 5Pass a criminal background check.
- 6Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.
- 7Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
