Join our expanding holistic health clinic as a Technical Assistant, owning client support, treatment coordination, and front desk operations in a full-service environment. You assist a holistic doctor with examinations, protocols, and client education using Google Drive and GoHighLevel. This in-person role offers a base pay of $25/hour plus performance bonuses tied to team targets.
What You'll Do6
- 1Assist the holistic doctor with client examinations and treatments, ensuring each session runs smoothly.
- 2Administer protocols by explaining care steps, entering orders into GoHighLevel, and guiding clients through follow-up.
- 3Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes, test results, and histories, in line with clinic standards.
- 4Prepare treatment rooms and diagnostic equipment daily to guarantee a clean, ready environment.
- 5Support front desk duties: schedule appointments, manage client communication, and update files with accuracy.
- 6Represent the clinic at networking events, sharing success stories to attract new clients and strengthen community ties.
Requirements5
- 11+ years in a client-facing role, with strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- 2Proficiency in Google Drive for document creation, sharing, and organization in a clinical setting.
- 3Advanced CRM skills, specifically with GoHighLevel, to manage client journeys and follow-ups.
- 4Comfort with numbers and attention to detail when entering orders and tracking protocols.
- 5Genuine interest in holistic health and wellness, with a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
