High Value Residential Insurance Inspector leads on in-person surveys for luxury properties in the Seattle area. Own end-to-end field inspections, measurements, and loss-control reporting for underwriting readiness. You’ll collaborate with homeowners and agents, deliver precise documentation, and support customized replacement cost estimates. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and complete on-site surveys of high value properties following carrier guidelines to produce underwriter-ready reports
- 2Document custom features, high-end finishes, and architectural elements with accurate measurements and photographs
- 3Identify underwriting hazards and loss exposures and communicate findings clearly to carriers
- 4Develop replacement cost estimates reflecting premium materials and craftsmanship for luxury homes
- 5Submit timely web-based reports via Loss Control 360 and ensure data meets carrier requirements
- 6Interact professionally with homeowners and insurance agents via phone, email, and in person
- 7Schedule inspections, coordinate with carriers, and manage time to meet deadlines
- 8Capture site observations and maintain organized documentation for audit readiness
- 9Drive process improvements by documenting inspection outcomes and recommendations
- 10Maintain professional presence and accuracy in all interactions and submissions
Requirements10
- 1Direct experience as a High Value Residential Insurance Inspector
- 2Background in insurance inspections, loss control, underwriting support, or high-end home appraisals
- 3Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and custom features
- 4Experience estimating replacement costs for high value residential properties
- 5Proficiency with diagramming software such as Rapid Sketch, Xactimate, CAD or similar tools
- 6Excellent communication skills when working with high-net-worth homeowners and insurance agents
- 7Strong time management and ability to work independently
- 8Prior underwriting experience desirable
- 9Prior inspection experience on residential homes desirable
- 10Loss control experience desirable
