Conduct risk assessments, capture detailed photos of roofs, envelopes, parking structures, and life-safety features, and produce precise inspection reports. This part-time role offers independent scheduling, growth potential, and competitive compensation with travel.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and perform on-site inspections of commercial assets including roofs, envelopes, and life-safety systems.
  • 2Ship high-quality photos and measurements using a smartphone app to create accurate property diagrams and 3D scans.
  • 3Report findings into the proprietary app to generate technical inspection reports for underwriting and risk assessment.
  • 4Delineate high-liability hazards and document conditions impacting property risk profiles.
  • 5Drive and maintain schedules within territory requirements and travel to assigned sites.

Requirements5

  • 1Experience performing commercial property inspections or insurance loss control
  • 2Willingness to travel within Kings County NY and surrounding areas
  • 3Access to a reliable, insured vehicle with 30+ MPG
  • 4Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check
  • 5Basic English proficiency and ability to work in varied weather conditions
