High Rise GM FirstService Residential
Overview
Lead a high‑rise residential community in Washington DC delivering strategic oversight and operational excellence. Own the daily operations and ensure alignment with board objectives while fostering community leadership. This role provides direct engagement with homeowners and coordinates with external partners to enhance service delivery.
What You'll Do11
- 1Develop short‑term and long‑range plans and present recommendations to the Board
- 2Create and manage the annual working budget approved by the Board
- 3Monitor and report on monthly financial positions of the association
- 4Recruit, hire, train and supervise community staff according to documented plans
- 5Partner with public private and volunteer organizations to deliver community services
- 6Conduct community need assessments and implement program improvements
- 7Maintain visibility on premises and enforce master and subsidy calendars
- 8Ensure compliance with civil code declarations and governing institution requirements
- 9Perform building inspections and develop action plans for identified issues
- 10Provide leadership during Board meetings with agenda support and reporting
- 11Stay current on industry trends and innovations in community management
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with seven years of community management experience
- 2Minimum four years leading diverse functional teams
- 3Proven knowledge of condominium law finance planning and property management regulations
- 4Valid driver’s license and state mandated vehicle insurance
- 5Certifications such as CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified preferred
- 6Experience with Python AWS React Kubernetes Spark Airflow
Salary Insight
$110 - $120k per year
