- 5Conduct property inspections for quality compliance
- 6Handle vendor relationships and third-party service contracts
- 7Lead bidding processes and oversee special projects
- 8Supervise staff mentoring and development initiatives
- 9Ensure adherence to governing documents and legal requirements
- 10Facilitate community meetings and board communications
- 11Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support
Requirements10
- 1CMCA certification preferred
- 23+ years as General Manager in high-rise HOA or multifamily
- 3Strong communication and adaptability
- 4Proven experience with Boards of Directors and residential communities
- 5Expertise in financial management and budget analysis
- 6High organizational skills for fast-paced environments
- 7Knowledge of compliance and community operations best practices
- 8High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
