What You'll Do11

  • 5Conduct property inspections for quality compliance
  • 6Handle vendor relationships and third-party service contracts
  • 7Lead bidding processes and oversee special projects
  • 8Supervise staff mentoring and development initiatives
  • 9Ensure adherence to governing documents and legal requirements
  • 10Facilitate community meetings and board communications
  • 11Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support

Requirements10

  • 1CMCA certification preferred
  • 23+ years as General Manager in high-rise HOA or multifamily
  • 3Strong communication and adaptability
  • 4Proven experience with Boards of Directors and residential communities
  • 5Expertise in financial management and budget analysis
  • 6High organizational skills for fast-paced environments
  • 7Knowledge of compliance and community operations best practices
  • 8High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
