You will operate a reach truck to move, locate, and stack products in a high-bay racking system, supporting daily order fulfillment at our Grove City, OH facility. You will inspect equipment, map picks, and coordinate with a team to ensure accurate inventory and seamless workflow. This role demands precision and speed, with safety as a top priority. What You'll Do6
- 1Operate a reach truck to move, locate, and stack products in high-bay racking.
- 2Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas, verifying counts and placement.
- 3Conduct routine equipment checks for safety and performance, documenting any issues.
- 4Update inventory records accurately using warehouse systems, and assist with cycle counts.
- 5Coordinate with teammates to meet daily picking and replenishment goals.
- 6Follow all safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment, reporting risks promptly.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 21+ years operating a reach truck or similar material handling equipment.
- 3Forklift certification preferred (not required).
- 4Sharp attention to detail and strong adherence to instructions.
- 5Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- 6Clear communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- 7Physical capability to lift heavy items when necessary.
