Overview
Operate a reach truck to load, unload, move, and stack materials in a high-volume warehouse. You own safe and accurate product placement from receiving to shipping. You work with a team of warehouse associates and report to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. This role stands out with competitive shift pay and a focus on OSHA compliance and safety protocols.
What You'll Do7
- 1Operate a reach truck to load, unload, move, and stack materials safely and accurately.
- 2Place products according to established protocols to ensure correct handling and storage.
- 3Perform daily safety inspections on the reach truck and report maintenance needs promptly.
- 4Support inventory management by participating in cycle counting tasks.
- 5Follow all safety programs, company policies, and OSHA regulations without exception.
- 6Assist colleagues and other departments as needed to meet operational deadlines.
- 7Keep designated work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements7
- 1Hold a valid Reach Truck Certification or license.
- 2Bring 1+ year of reach truck operation experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- 3Commit to safety and pay close attention to detail in all tasks.
- 4Lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive movements and prolonged standing.
- 5Perform basic data entry or use a warehouse management system (preferred).
- 6Communicate clearly and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- 7Work flexible hours including evenings or weekends when business needs require.
