Overview
Own front line IT support for Windows systems, Office 365, and device hardware across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and document user issue resolutions in the ticketing system to support first contact resolution
- 2Design and deliver front line support for Windows systems and Microsoft Office 365 with a focus on user productivity
- 3Provide Active Directory tasks such as password resets and account management
- 4Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- 5Support basic networking including Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity and escalate complex cases
- 6Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical staff and assist with general IT maintenance tasks
- 7Maintain accurate records of issues, steps taken, and outcomes in the ticketing system
- 8Participate in a rotating weekend coverage schedule to ensure helpdesk availability
- 9Assist with device setup and inventory tracking to improve asset management
- 10Contribute to weekend coverage and onboarding of new users as needed
Requirements8
- 1Must be within commuting distance of Downtown Orlando office
- 2Willingness to participate in rotating weekend coverage schedule
- 3Previous experience in a helpdesk, IT support, or technical support role preferred
- 4Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications
- 5Strong customer service and communication skills with attention to detail
- 6Ability to accurately document issues and resolutions
- 7Interest in technology and helping others resolve technical challenges
