Overview
Own onsite technical support for a logistics operation at scale and ensure a smooth desktop experience across the organization. You will resolve everyday issues, set up user equipment, and act as a key resource for employees. The role emphasizes strong Microsoft 365 and Windows support experience and clear user communication.
