What You'll Do7
- 1Inspect and maintain equipment regularly, preventing failures and ensuring optimal performance.
- 2Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions using Ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools.
- 3Repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, restoring equipment to working order.
- 4Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.
- 5Collaborate with technicians and departments to resolve issues swiftly.
- 6Follow safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- 7Assist in installing new equipment and upgrades as required.
Requirements13
- 1High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
- 22+ years proven experience as an Equipment Technician or similar role.
- 3Proficiency with diagnostic tools, including an Ohmmeter.
- 4Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 5Ability to work independently, managing time effectively.
- 6Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
- 7Knowledge of safety regulations in equipment maintenance.
- 8Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays.
- 9Clean driving record and valid Medical card.
- 10Own hand tools; welding ability a plus.
- 11Reside within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, GA.
- 12Some proficiency with CAT ET software is a plus.
- 13Pass drug test and background check.
