- 1Lead or support execution of heavy civil and public works projects built to Caltrans standards
- 2Manage project budgets cost tracking forecasting and overall financial performance
- 3Oversee field operations and drive safe efficient project delivery
- 4Coordinate crews subcontractors schedules and project resources
- 5Support project planning documentation change management and client coordination
- 6Ensure compliance with contract documents specifications quality standards and public agency requirements
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading construction teams
- 310+ years of construction experience
- 4Strong background in heavy civil or public works construction
- 5Caltrans specification experience
- 6Budget ownership or meaningful project financial responsibility
- 7Crew management and field operations exposure
- 8Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- 9Clean driving record preferred due to company vehicle eligibility
Salary Insight
$200 - $225k per year
