- 1Understand and utilize financial options to support case acceptance
- 2Educate patients on treatment choices and overcome objections
- 3Proactively keep dentist schedules productive
- 4Model company culture using the We Believe Behavioral Framework
- 5Achieve proficiency in PDS system and tools
- 6Execute the HC handoff in partnership with clinicians
- 7Act as subject matter expert on financial options
- 8Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment
- 9Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations before treatment
- 10Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- 11Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- 12Participate in daily huddles and monthly team meetings
- 13Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS brand
- 14Become knowledgeable on the Mouth Body Connection
- 15Support clinical excellence through comprehensive patient care
- 16Travel between offices as needed
- 17Hold preferred courses in dentistry insurance or business
