We seek a dynamic Dental Treatment Coordinator to lead patient interactions and ensure smooth experiences from consultation to follow-up. This energetic role focuses on clear communication and administrative support within a vibrant dental team.
What You'll Do7
- 1Welcome patients warmly verify their information and schedule appointments efficiently using patient management software
- 2Explain treatment plans clearly answer patient questions and provide details about procedures and financial options
- 3Coordinate with dental providers to ensure timely treatment delivery and follow-up care
- 4Assist with insurance claims verify coverage and explain dental benefits to patients
- 5Communicate via phone and client channels to confirm appointments relay instructions and address concerns
- 6Support administrative tasks like typing reports managing patient files and updating medical records
- 7Handle insurance verification appointment confirmations recall calls and maintain a productive provider schedule
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Word Excel Outlook for documentation and communication
- 3Knowledge of health regulation policies related to patient privacy and confidentiality HIPAA compliance
- 4Excellent customer service skills communicating clearly and empathetically with diverse patients
- 5Familiarity with health insurance processes verification frequency limitations claims submission and benefits explanation
- 6Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office setting while maintaining attention to detail
- 7Open Dental knowledge a plus but not required
