What You'll Do5
- 1Perform functions per state Dental Auxiliaries Table of Permitted Duties and support clinicians in delivering efficient quality dental treatment.
- 2Escort patients to the front desk and introduce them to team members while maintaining a clean sterile environment.
- 3Maintain sterilized instruments and operatory spaces following infection control guidelines and manage patient charts digitally.
- 4Prepare trays and supplies for procedures while ensuring post-operative care instructions are communicated to patients.
- 5Collaborate with lead assistants and staff to uphold PDS brand values and implement the Perfect Patient Experience process.
Requirements5
- 1Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance or reliable alternate transportation for multiple office visits.
- 2High school diploma or GED plus state-mandated certifications and licenses.
- 3One-year certificate from an accredited institution preferred; 3-5 years experience in specialty dentistry.
- 4Strong communication skills to interact with patients clinicians and vendors while adhering to confidentiality standards.
- 5Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
