Overview
Own the patient financial journey to secure treatment commitments at a leading dental practice. You will partner with dentists to present outcomes, educate patients on options, and keep schedules productive at scale. You will work within a supportive team focused on patient experience and outcomes. This role is unique for blending office operations with patient advocacy to drive care timelines.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build patient financial plans and present options to start treatment
- 2Educate patients on treatment choices and overcome objections to improve case acceptance
- 3Own the HC handoff with clinicians for every exam patient
- 4Drive pre-authorizations and insurance steps to avoid treatment delays
- 5Maintain PPE and PFL concepts in daily practice and team interactions
- 6Participate in daily huddles and team meetings to align on metrics
- 7Model company culture and PDS Brand framework in all interactions
- 8Ensure comprehensive care by coordinating with clinicians and staff
- 9Support financial and operational metrics through disciplined process
- 10Be a trusted patient advocate throughout the care journey
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2Understanding of office practices and patient insurances
- 3Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- 4Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- 5Result-oriented and data driven for operational success
Salary Insight
$35 - $50k per year
