What You'll Do7

  • 1Design Build and maintain resident health record systems aligned with federal state and community guidelines
  • 2Manage audit processes and coordinate physician documentation and orders
  • 3Oversee destruction of outdated records and maintain unit filing systems
  • 4Prepare statistical reports and manage discharge summaries
  • 5Preserve professional appearance and uphold company standards for client interactions
  • 6Lead staff in meeting quality assurance and resolution objectives
  • 7Coordinate with senior leadership on regulatory matters and access requests

Requirements5

  • 1High School diploma with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 2Proven administrative organizational abilities and knowledge of medical terminology
  • 3Prior healthcare administration experience with preference for supervisory roles
  • 4Basic computer proficiency and understanding of HIPAA regulations
  • 5Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
