What You'll Do7
- 1Design Build and maintain resident health record systems aligned with federal state and community guidelines
- 2Manage audit processes and coordinate physician documentation and orders
- 3Oversee destruction of outdated records and maintain unit filing systems
- 4Prepare statistical reports and manage discharge summaries
- 5Preserve professional appearance and uphold company standards for client interactions
- 6Lead staff in meeting quality assurance and resolution objectives
- 7Coordinate with senior leadership on regulatory matters and access requests
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma with strong written and verbal communication skills
- 2Proven administrative organizational abilities and knowledge of medical terminology
- 3Prior healthcare administration experience with preference for supervisory roles
- 4Basic computer proficiency and understanding of HIPAA regulations
- 5Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
