Head of Sales, Americas East (RegTech SaaS)
Overview
You will own all commercial outcomes for CUBE across the Americas East, splitting your mandate between expanding our existing enterprise footprint and aggressively acquiring new logos. You join a global sales leadership team reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, where the region represents one of our most significant growth opportunities. Major US financial institutions face increasing regulatory pressure, and our consolidation story resonates at the C-suite level. You will lead a high-performing team, drive NRR of 130-140%, and close 7-figure expansion deals. This role differentiates with a pure focus on regulatory intelligence, a 50% growth trajectory, and the backing of 700+ CUBERs across 19 countries.
What You'll Do9
- 1Drive net new enterprise logo acquisition across major US and Canadian financial institutions, targeting $200K ACV per logo with a path to 7-figure expansion.
- 2Build and execute a structured outbound motion targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, asset managers, insurance companies, and specialty finance firms.
- 3Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement to signed contract, engaging CRO, CCO, Chief Compliance Officer, and procurement.
- 4Own NRR targets of 130-140% across the regional book, partnering with Customer Success to execute upsell and cross-sell across CUBE's full product suite.
- 5Expand existing accounts into new business lines, jurisdictions, and user groups through strategic commercial negotiations.
- 6Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional sales team, establishing territory plans and a repeatable sales methodology.
- 7Maintain clean Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting for weekly and quarterly reporting, leading pipeline discipline.
- 8Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to win complex deals, contributing regional intelligence to the product roadmap.
- 9Build CUBE's profile in the region through events, roundtables, and partnerships, partnering with Marketing on demand generation and thought leadership.
Requirements7
- 110+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with 3+ years in a regional leadership role.
- 2Consistent quota attainment at $5M+ annual targets, with a track record of both new logo acquisition and account expansion.
- 3Demonstrated success selling into major US and Canadian financial institutions at senior stakeholder level.
- 4Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles of 6-18 months.
- 5Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, or financial services technology.
- 6Exceptional executive presence and C-suite communication skills.
- 7Based in New York or Boston, or willing to relocate; willingness to travel regionally 30-40%.
