- 1Design and implement a comprehensive training curriculum for all age groups

- 4Determine swimmer event placements and oversee meet entries
- 5Provide strategic coaching during competitions
- 6Serve as primary contact for parents swimmers and board members
- 7Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent coaching standards
- 8Maintain open communication with stakeholders
- 9Utilize computer programs for meet entries workouts and team management
- 10Manage seasonal planning and organizational logistics
- 11Foster positive team culture and community engagement
Requirements8
- 1Proven track record as head coach or lead age-group coach in competitive swim
- 2Positive and motivating coaching style
- 3Deep understanding of stroke mechanics and training progression
- 4Strong communication skills for interacting with athletes parents and board
- 5Technical proficiency with meet entry systems and team management tools
- 6Experience managing parent-run organizations
- 7Ability to handle conflict professionally
- 8Certifications including USA Swimming Coach Safety Requirements CPR/AED First Aid and Lifeguarding clearances for criminal history and child abuse
