What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct swim team practices Monday Thursday evenings and Friday meets Saturday afternoons
- 2Train swimmers in competitive strokes to enhance technique and performance
- 3Organize meet schedules and coordinate parent volunteers
- 4Maintain accurate records of swimmer times and meet results
- 5Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all activities
- 6Recruit new swimmers and promote program diversity
- 7Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and documentation
- 8Assist with fundraising events and special programs
- 9Communicate updates to families via newsletters and digital platforms
- 10Prepare competitive meet line-ups and promotional materials
- 11Supervise safe execution of all program activities
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certification in AWS Certified Professional
- 3Proficiency with Python and React frameworks
- 4Background in aquatic safety regulations and emergency response
- 5Track record of developing competitive swimming programs
Salary Insight
$16 - $21k per year
