What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct interactive swim practices while maintaining a safe environment
- 2Provide instruction to improve swimming skills and techniques
- 3Demonstrate courtesy service hospitality professionalism when interacting with customers
- 4Support safety protocols for all members guests and employees
- 5Attend weekday morning afternoon practices and a weekend morning session
- 6Communicate effectively with parents and athletes
- 7Plan schedules aligning with practice needs
- 8Maintain records of participant progress and feedback
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 22+ years experience as a swim instructor
- 3Current Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
- 4Availability weekday mornings afternoons and Saturday mornings
- 5Ability to write workouts for diverse adult swimmer skill levels
- 6Commitment to minimum one-year coaching tenure with St. James
- 7Strong knowledge of safety training procedures and industry best practices
