- 1Support electrical assembly harness fabrication installation routing and integration activities
- 2Prepare cables and harnesses according to specifications
- 3Perform connector termination with precision and quality
- 4Route and secure harnesses within complex systems
- 5Install electrical hardware components
- 6Troubleshoot electrical issues during assembly and integration processes
- 7Conduct continuity checks and basic electrical testing
- 8Read and interpret drawings wiring diagrams schematics and work instructions
- 9Apply knowledge of electrical/electronic hardware integration principles
- 10Resolve installation routing and fit-up challenges
- 11Utilize standard electrical assembly tools and test equipment
Requirements9
- 15+ years building electrical harnesses using Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading assembly projects
- 3Certified in relevant electrical standards
- 4Proficient in wire preparation crimping connector termination and cable management
- 5Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics
- 6Experience integrating electrical components into assemblies
- 7Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting installation issues
- 8Familiarity with industry-specific testing methodologies
- 9Commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance standards
Salary Insight
