Overview
We seek a skilled Hardscape Foreman to lead a crew of 2–3 members in our Design/Build division. The role involves constructing high-quality outdoor living spaces while ensuring exceptional craftsmanship. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits after 90 days.
What You'll Do5
- 1Lead and collaborate with a crew of 2–3 members to construct patios retaining walls outdoor kitchens pools structures and walkways
- 2Interpret design drawings blueprints and site plans to accurately layout projects
- 3Manage on-site operations including material coordination and equipment usage to meet project timelines
- 4Safely operate and transport heavy equipment using a truck and trailer
- 5Maintain high standards of site safety and quality control throughout installation phases
Requirements5
- 1Valid Driver’s License capable of driving a truck and trailer
- 2Proven experience in hardscape construction with pavers natural stone and segmental walls
- 3Proficiency operating specialized machinery such as skid steers mini-excavators and plate compactors
- 4Strong leadership skills to train crew members on-site
- 5Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials
