What You'll Do9
- 1Operate concessions and bar stations during events and performances
- 2Set up and break down mobile bars and concession setups
- 3Manage point-of-sale systems and cash reconciliation
- 4Maintain food and beverage quality standards
- 5Provide exceptional customer service during events and rentals
- 6Ensure facility cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- 7Unlock and secure spaces before and after scheduled activities
- 8Perform light cleaning tasks as needed
- 9Complete and submit rental paperwork to the Recreation Supervisor after each event
Requirements10
- 1Basic food and beverage service operations knowledge
- 2Customer service principles and public interaction skills
- 3Familiarity with facility use and safety standards
- 4Experience in event or hospitality settings
- 5Valid California class C driver's license
- 6Proof of personal vehicle insurance
- 7Responsibility to obtain ServSafe Food Handler and RBS certifications within 30 days
- 8Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform light physical tasks
- 9Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- 10Reliability and flexible availability for evenings weekends and holidays
