We seek a friendly and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team at Rebel Convenience Stores in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will own customer interactions, maintain a clean store environment, and operate POS systems efficiently. What You'll Do11
- 1Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service
- 2Ring up sales using our modern POS system including lottery fuel and prepaid cards
- 3Upsell promotions and assist customers in finding products
- 4Maintain a clean and organized store environment both inside and out
- 5Operate and maintain food and beverage machines such as coffee fountain drinks and hot food stations
- 6Restock merchandise using the FIFO method
- 7Follow safety and loss prevention procedures
- 8Assist customers with pump car wash or air hose tasks
- 9Accurately handle cash credit cards and safe deposits
- 10Follow all age-restricted sale laws for alcohol tobacco and lottery
- 11Complete all required training and shift duties
Requirements6
- 1Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED preferred
- 2Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 3Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- 4Reliable punctual with a strong work ethic comfortable standing for 8 hours
- 5Willing to work weekends holidays and overnight shifts
- 6Basic math and computer skills authorized to work in the U.S.
