You own the complete guest journey at PUBLIC, from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the PUBLIC standard of hospitality. You maintain a consistent presence on the floor, personally engaging with guests to build relationships and create memorable experiences. You lead guest recovery initiatives and partner with operations to enhance service. This role makes you a primary face of the hotel, shaping the brand under iconic hotelier Ian Schrager.

- 6Foster meaningful communication with guests throughout their stay.
- 7Partner with operational departments to enhance the guest experience and maintain brand standards.
- 8Serve as a brand ambassador for PUBLIC, meeting core objectives and values.
Requirements10
- 13+ years in hospitality management with a focus on guest experience.
- 2Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead from the floor.
- 3Exceptional interpersonal, guest service, and relationship-building skills.
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 5Proven ability to manage guest recovery and resolve complex service situations.
- 6Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 7Outstanding attention to detail and strong aesthetic awareness.
- 8Ability to anticipate guest needs and make sound decisions under pressure.
- 9Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- 10Experience with hotel property management systems, guest feedback platforms, and point-of-sale systems preferred.
