What You'll Do10
- 1Check in guests during peak hours with a friendly, efficient approach using the property management system.
- 2Resolve guest concerns on the spot, following up to ensure complete satisfaction.

- 4Supervise bell staff during arrivals and departures, coaching them on service standards.
- 5Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep rooms ready for incoming guests.
- 6Process payments and manage reservations using booking software with accuracy.
- 7Upsell room upgrades and hotel amenities to boost guest experience and revenue.
- 8Handle guest complaints calmly, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
- 9Support the front desk team during shift changes, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- 10Promote hotel loyalty programs and local attractions to enhance guest stays.
Requirements8
- 11+ year in guest services or front desk roles, preferably in hospitality.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certificate is a plus.
- 3Basic computer skills with property management systems like PMS.
- 4Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish helps.
- 5Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions.
- 6Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs (luggage, supplies).
- 7Flexible schedule covering 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am shifts.
- 8High energy and a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
