What You'll Do10

Requirements8

  • 11+ year in guest services or front desk roles, preferably in hospitality.
  • 2High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certificate is a plus.
  • 3Basic computer skills with property management systems like PMS.
  • 4Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish helps.
  • 5Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • 6Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs (luggage, supplies).
  • 7Flexible schedule covering 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am shifts.
  • 8High energy and a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
