Overview
Guest Attendant at Woodspring Suites in Phoenix on site contract role. You will be the face of the property handling front office operations and guest services for daily check-ins, reservations, and sales support. What You'll Do10
- 1Build guest relationships through front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs
- 2Review and approve front office paperwork and reports to maintain accuracy
- 3Deliver excellent guest services and fulfill special requests such as linen exchanges
- 4Assist with in-house sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
- 5Support cleaning, laundry, and maintenance tasks to ensure clean, organized public areas
- 6Contribute to emergency procedures and security measures
- 7Conduct tours for potential guests and close sales
- 8Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure readily available amenities
- 9Communicate effectively with guests and team members to resolve issues
- 10Adapt to changing schedules and tasks as assigned
Requirements11
- 1Minimum of one year in customer service
- 2Hotel operations experience preferred
- 3Proficient computer skills
- 4Excellent communication skills
- 5Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills
- 6Proactive in solving problems
- 7Willing to work a changing schedule
- 8Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- 9Comfort with performing physical tasks (kneeling, standing, bending)
- 10Eligible to work in the local jurisdiction
- 11Must be able to perform essential duties in a drug-free workplace
