What You'll Do8
- 1Prepare and clean guest rooms to meet minute per room standards, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- 2Stock housekeeping carts with supplies and amenities before each shift.
- 3Offer hotel amenities and services to guests to boost satisfaction and revenue.
- 4Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
- 5Report maintenance issues to maintenance or management immediately.
- 6Follow property emergency procedures to keep guests and property safe.
- 7Maintain public areas like hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to cleanliness standards.
- 8Partner with housekeeping teammates to complete daily assignments and cover absences.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
- 2Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
- 3Comfort with kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods.
- 4Effective oral communication skills for guest interactions and team coordination.
- 5Willingness to work a changing schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- 6Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting time and cleanliness standards.
- 7Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass E-Verify.
