What You'll Do10
- 1Clean lobby restrooms using mop and duster, restock paper supplies, and refill soap dispensers to guest-ready condition
- 2Vacuum and maintain public areas including corridors, stairwells, and lounges, removing visible marks and debris
- 3Collect and sort hotel garbage and recycling, disposing of materials per Peachtree Group procedures
- 4Deliver towels, toiletries, and other requested items to guest rooms within 10 minutes of request
- 5Answer guest questions and provide directions or local recommendations, ensuring a friendly, helpful interaction
- 6Monitor public areas for spills or hazards, addressing them immediately to maintain safety and cleanliness
- 7Restock housekeeping carts and storage closets, tracking inventory of supplies
- 8Report maintenance issues such as broken fixtures or stains to the supervisor on shift
- 9Support room attendants by preparing guest rooms for arrival when needed, including HVAC adjustments and amenity placement
- 10Assist with laundry and linen folding during high occupancy periods to keep supply ready
Requirements8
- 11+ year in hotel housekeeping or a similar cleaning role
- 2Ability to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 lbs
- 3Comfort with mop, broom, and industrial vacuum equipment
- 4Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- 5Basic English communication skills for guest interaction
- 6High school diploma or GED preferred
- 7Open to passing a background check per Peachtree Group policy
- 8Must reliably commute to Nashville, Tennessee worksite
