Grocery Merchandiser, Retail & Field Support
Overview
The Grocery Merchandiser will manage a defined territory delivering in-store execution and reporting at scale. You’ll build relationships with store teams, ensure product distribution, and complete photo reports and audits using mobile apps. This role is part time in Lewisville, TX with potential for consistent routes and daily liaison with client teams.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build lasting relationships with store teams to gain and maintain product distribution.
- 2Conduct in-store audits and ensure accurate product representation on shelves.
- 3Stock shelves from new orders and move products to storefronts as needed.
- 4Travel between store locations within the designated territory to complete tasks.
- 5Report daily activities, photos, and task status via mobile apps with timely communication.
- 6Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance policies.
- 7Operate safely in a retail environment and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
- 8Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins.
- 9Follow directions independently and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Reliable transportation and valid driver license
- 3Proof of automobile insurance and internet service for daily communication
- 4Reliable phone within the last 5 years
- 5Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory and perform audits and retail tasks
- 6Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently
- 7Bilingual preferred but not required
- 8Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus but not required
- 9Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- 10Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision
