What You'll Do9
- 1Build and lead a team of grocery associates to meet store goals and deliver exceptional service
- 2Schedule and develop staff while monitoring inventory levels and placing orders with vendor partners
- 3Drive product rotation (FIFO) and maintain department cleanliness and safety standards
- 4Analyze sales data and shrink reports to improve department profitability and performance
- 5Collaborate with management on promotions, displays, and seasonal merchandising
- 6Oversee daily operations including stocking, rotation, and merchandising to ensure availability and freshness
- 7Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- 8Monitor inventory and vendor relationships to optimize cost and stock levels
- 9Maintain strong customer service and communication with shoppers and teammates
