What You'll Do17
- 1Provide friendly helpful and respectful guest service to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage repeat visits
- 2Stock rotate and face products to maintain freshness minimize waste and ensure appealing presentation
- 3Maintain clean organized and fully stocked aisles to enhance shopping experience and uphold store standards
- 4Assist guests with locating products answering questions and making recommendations
- 5Develop and maintain knowledge of store products including features pricing and location to support guests and drive sales
- 6Unload deliveries break down shipments and organize backstock efficiently and safely
- 7Monitor inventory levels and report low excess or damaged items to support product availability and reduce shrink
- 8Ensure proper product placement pricing accuracy and signage execution
- 9Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment to promote health safety and professional appearance
- 10Follow all workplace safety food safety and sanitation standards
- 11Operate equipment such as pallet jacks carts scanners and POS systems as needed
- 12Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and leadership to support efficient store operations
- 13Collaborate across departments to support storewide efficiency and guest hospitality goals
- 14Adhere to all company policies and procedures including attendance conduct and dress code standards
- 15Support loss prevention efforts by staying alert and following proper procedures
- 16Participate in required trainings and continuous learning to support personal and team development
- 17Remain productive during slower periods by cleaning organizing restocking or supporting other departments
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience
- 3Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- 4Experience in grocery retail stocking or warehouse environments
- 5Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining organized stores
