What You'll Do18
- 1Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service at all times to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage repeat visits
- 2Stock, rotate, and face produce to maintain freshness, minimize waste, and ensure an appealing presentation
- 3Build and maintain full, attractive displays that highlight product quality and promote sales
- 4Inspect products for freshness and remove damaged or spoiled items to uphold quality standards
- 5Assist guests with product selection, answering questions about varieties, ripeness, and handling
- 6Cut, prepare, and package fresh produce items following food safety and merchandising standards
- 7Develop and maintain knowledge of produce items, including seasonality, pricing, and location
- 8Ensure accurate signage, labeling, and pricing
- 9Monitor inventory levels and report low, excess, or damaged items to support product availability and reduce shrink
- 10Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including prep areas and sales floor
- 11Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
- 12Operate scales, scanners, and related equipment accurately
- 13Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and leadership to support efficient department operations
- 14Collaborate across departments to support storewide efficiency and guest hospitality goals
- 15Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, conduct, and dress code standards
- 16Support loss prevention efforts by staying alert and following proper procedures
- 17Participate in required trainings and continuous learning opportunities
- 18Remain productive during slower periods by culling, trimming, cleaning, or restocking
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams
- 3High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 4Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 5Experience in grocery, retail, food service, or produce environments
