What You'll Do10
- 1Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage repeat visits
- 2Stock, rotate, and face products to maintain freshness, minimize waste, and ensure appealing presentation
- 3Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked aisles to enhance the shopping experience and uphold store standards
- 4Assist guests with locating products, answering questions, and making recommendations
- 5Develop and maintain knowledge of store products, including features, pricing, and location to better support guests and drive sales
- 6Unload deliveries, break down shipments, and organize backstock efficiently and safely
- 7Monitor inventory levels and report low, excess, or damaged items to support product availability and reduce shrink
- 8Ensure proper product placement, pricing accuracy, and signage execution
- 9Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and POS systems as needed
- 10Collaborate across departments to support storewide efficiency and guest hospitality goals
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- 2Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 3Experience in grocery, retail, stocking, or warehouse environments preferred
- 4Detail-oriented and reliable
- 5Strong guest service skills
- 6Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- 7Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
