Gripper Technician at Martinrea International Inc.

Own grippers and shovels while performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Check bolts torque levels and replace faulty proximity sensors. Rebuild grippers and inspect air lines for leaks. Conduct pressure washing and apply lubrication as needed. Log activities in a data book and communicate with maintenance staff. Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Past knowledge of press automation and controls
- 3Ability to read and follow work instructions
- 4Strong mathematical skills using algebra and trigonometry
- 5Willingness to learn new skills
- 6Knowledge of IATF 1649 and ISO 14001:2015 standards
- 7Experience with robots preferred
- 8Must provide personal tools
- 9Familiarity with OEM specifications and customer requirements
- 10Valid mechanical aptitude test score
