Maintenance Automation Technician
Overview
Maintenance Automation Technician at Integrity seeks professionals to ensure equipment uptime and reliability through preventative maintenance and automation repairs across Bloomington and Chaska sites. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical systems performing robot programming adjustments and supporting PLC and HMI interfaces.
What You'll Do11
- 1Repair electrical circuits and isolate wiring defects using testing instruments
- 2Replace faulty switches and motors while adhering to safety protocols
- 3Mount motors and complete circuits according to diagram specifications
- 4Perform robot program point adjustments and troubleshoot robotic issues
- 5Inspect pneumatic and electrical connections on in-house built equipment
- 6Support Tooling setup after mold tear down and update variant part numbers
- 7Maintain clean safe work areas and wear required PPE
- 8Communicate hazards immediately and identify corrective actions
- 9Update test inspection programs for new variant parts and data output systems
- 10Adjust servo homing settings and support PLC/HMI interfaces
- 11Collaborate with robotics and electrical teams for preventive maintenance
Requirements8
- 1Two-year technical degree in controls automation or robotics or equivalent experience
- 2High school diploma or GED required
- 3Knowledge of SolidWorks or CAD software
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- 5Mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills
- 6Self-motivated independent worker capable of weekend shifts
- 7Ability to work overtime and on call as needed
- 8Experience with electrical systems and safety codes
