What You'll Do5
- 1Build and plate items from grill and steam tables to meet quality standards
- 2Cook and keep foods at correct temperatures and attractive presentation
- 3Assist with following recipes and production standards for portion control
- 4Maintain sanitation and safety of work areas, equipment and utensils
- 5Resolve customer concerns and participate in safety and in-service meetings
