Responsible for researching writing monitoring and compliance reporting on federal state and county grants such as Department of Labor Employment Training Administration. Works in a multi-cultural diverse environment. Hybrid position. Ensures compliance with grantor rules monitors interventions and program funding evaluates fiscal administration assists principals on grant issues researches grant opportunities and prepares applications.
What You'll Do9
- 1Ensures compliance with rules and regulations prescribed by the grantor
- 2Monitors interventions and programs funded by grants to ensure compliance with grantor guidelines
- 3Monitors inputs reviews and approves grant data in applicable reporting systems
- 4Performs timely submission of grant applications proposals and reports develops and adjusts associated budget coordinates screening and processing requests from expenditures ensuring timely submissions for reimbursement
- 5Assists in evaluating fiscal administration of grant programs
- 6Serves as liaison with principals and other departments on grant related issues
- 7Researches grant opportunities writes and coordinates preparation and timely submission of grant applications application amendments budget transfers and other details
- 8Performs other related tasks as assigned
- 9Ability to work additional hours as needed
Requirements3
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Communication Accounting or related field
- 2Previous experience with grant writing management
- 3Experience with Perkins grants and experience in educational settings preferred
