What You'll Do9
- 1Assist in structuring purchase orders and drop shipments
- 2Create and submit purchase orders in our ERP system
- 3Complete purchase receipts enter lot serial numbers and case transfers upon receipt of inventory
- 4Upload international shipping documentation including commercial invoices packing lists and other customs documentation
- 5Analyze supplier performance and adherence to purchase orders
- 6Monitor logistics and supply chain tracking information to ensure timely deliveries and cost control
- 7Coordinate with management to optimize inventory levels avoiding overstocking or stockouts
- 8Monitor AndoverFabrics.com and MakowerUK.com for inventory position ensuring posted ETAs are correct and updated
- 9Assist in annual inventory review
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor degree in business logistics supply chain management or related field
- 3Strong analytical skills
- 4Experience with ERP systems Acumatica preferred
- 5Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 6Excellent communicator
