Overview

Lead global medical logistics across CONUS and OCONUS sites with end-to-end accountability for DME class VIII supplies PPE and government property. Manage distributed teams, ensure audit-ready documentation and compliance with FAR and DFARS. Drive standardized procedures, inventory control, and data integration to support mission critical medical operations in austere environments.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead geographically dispersed logistics operations across multiple sites providing remote guidance to deployed personnel
  • 2Inspect sites and enforce standardized logistics procedures ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance
  • 3Maintain property accountability systems for Government Furnished Equipment CAP CAGO and company assets and ensure audit readiness
  • 4Interface with Government Property Administrators and CORs to manage property and audits
  • 5Oversee multi-system data integration including A2B Tracking UC Web Deltek Costpoint and government property systems
  • 6Develop and implement SOPs inventory control plans and inspection checklists to scale with company growth
  • 7Manage lifecycle of medical equipment including maintenance calibration and expiration tracking
  • 8Supervise vendors shipping companies and government systems for global material movements
  • 9Lead risk management controls to prevent loss and investigate discrepancies
  • 10Travel ~20 percent to conduct site visits and ensure compliance and readiness

Requirements10

  • 1Prior U.S. military service in logistics supply chain or medical logistics at Senior NCO level E-7 to E-9 with Secret clearance
  • 2Experience with property accountability serialized inventory and multi-site distributed logistics operations
  • 3Experience interfacing with government stakeholders such as COR and PA or equivalent
  • 4Ability to travel internationally approximately 20 percent and operate in austere environments
  • 5Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics/Supply Chain Management Operations Management Business Administration or equivalent (preferred)
  • 6Experience with military or government logistics systems such as GCSS-Army DMLSS DPAS or similar (preferred)
  • 7Familiarity with FAR/DFARS property requirements and audit processes
  • 8Experience supporting deployed or expeditionary medical operations and medical equipment lifecycle management
  • 9Exposure to barcode or RFID tracking systems and progress in implementing scalable logistics solutions
  • 10Professional certifications such as CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified or PMP (preferred)
