- 2Ensure team members understand and execute Target’s guest experience standards
- 3Lead daily workload planning to achieve sales goals and guest engagement targets
- 4Educate staff on operational procedures impacting inventory and profitability
- 5Assign tasks based on workload and traffic patterns aligning with business objectives
- 6Hold team members accountable through feedback and recognition of achievements
- 7Maintain accurate sales floor displays and manage product availability
- 8Assess reporting data to identify process gaps and develop improvement plans
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure store readiness and guest readiness
- 10Model compliance with safety regulations and promote inclusive workplace practices
- 11Demonstrate leadership during shift coverage and emergency situations
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent age 18 or older
- 2Previous retail experience preferred
- 3Ability to lift up to 44 pounds independently
- 4Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- 5Strong communication skills and ability to operate handheld scanners
- 6Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- 7Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment
- 8Valid driver’s license for travel and errands
- 9Willingness to train and develop team members
- 10Experience with inventory management and pricing systems
- 11Proven ability to prioritize tasks under time constraints
