- 7Conduct daily walkthroughs and product taste tests
- 8Maintain current operations manual and procedures
- 9Perform opening procedures such as walkthroughs and temperature checks
- 10Keep restaurant safe and clean for crew and guests
- 11Promote brand and uphold operating requirements
- 12Support other brand partners in the network
- 13Enforce uniform and jewelry policy
- 14Understand chemical cleaning product usage
- 15Report issues and seek help
- 16Introduce new ideas for operational efficiency
- 17Represent brand professionally at all times
Requirements6
- 15+ years progressive restaurant management experience
- 2At least 2 years as a General Manager in high volume QSR or fast casual
- 3ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- 4Relocate to Canton MI 48187 before starting work
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Strong leadership communication coaching and problem solving abilities
